Harry is very professional, knowledgeable, and personable. Thank you so much for recognizing the issue with my tankless hot water heater and replacing it.
We had a new system installed that has three zones. The primary thermostat was replaced. We have had two techs try and fix a problem with one of the zones. When I called today the person on the line wanted to charge us to have someone come out , for the third time , to fix a problem with their installation. They had no record of the previous visits. Do not do business with Reliable. In addition to what seems to be incompetency there are ethical issues. Check their Better Business Reviews.
