I had a terrible experience with Reliable Heating. The technician Karl told me my condenser was no good, so I purchased a new one through them. After the installation the compressor was blowing off and making a loud whistling sound. It took several attempts and calling from a different number for him to come back, and while he stopped the noise. Whatever he did caused a much bigger problem.
