I had a technician visit to obtain a second opinion after Dutton plumbing and air conditioning advised me to clean my mini split unit. Dependable Heating & AC Repair dispatched a technician who assessed it. He stated that it’s functioning. I don't see the reason they would ask you to clean this, as it won't prolong the lifespan of this unit. Dutton planned to bill me $1300, but the air crew didn't even charge me the $89 service fee for examining it. I called Reliable Heating & AC Repair when my AC stopped cooling and Sammy came out the next morning - the day before a national holiday and in the middle of a heat wave.
