Ryan was a breath of fresh air after I made the mistake of signing up for a $29.95 tune up from a big company that tried to use scare tactics to bully me into unneeded and extremely overpriced repairs. Ryan gave an honest perspective and told us we did not need any work and our garage was functional and told us what we needed to watch for and that we probably had 2 to 3 years. Ryan came to check on our garage door's horrible screeching noise. They lubed everything and noticed that the noise is there because it's old, but stated that the door is working just fine and didn't charge for the 5 min he was here. When it needs to be replaced, he is who I'll call. Honest, friendly, on time, good communicator. Thank you!!
These guys are great and live up to their business motto of fast, reliable and honest repair work. They were able to come out the same day and repared our door in about 30 minutes including a tune-up. They also explained to me about the stress on my garage spring and signs to look for when it was failing. No need to replace right now but be on the watch. Great service overall!!!

I've used Reliable Garage Repair twice over the last several months for two different garage doors. Both times I called with an issue, they came to my house within hours. I've been extremely impressed with their service. I've found them to be honest, efficient, and very reasonably priced. They just seem like real stand-up guys. I highly recommend this company.
