Reliable garage door has excellent customer service and skills. Ian came out to give us a quote as our opener was shot, and my husband and I also wanted to replace the garage door as well. Ian was informative without trying to upsell and was great to work with and gave us many different estimates to look at to fit our budget. He even so kindly fixed the lock on our garage door while we waited for the new garage. Ken installed our new garage door/opener and was friendly and efficient and it looks and works great! Thank you!!!
I had received a repair quote from Rise and Shine that was over $1,000. The Reliable technician fixed the door for $200 and it’s good as new. From the initial phone call to schedule all the way to the repair service, the service was fantastic and fast. They will be our go-to for garage door service from now on!

Replaced my old garage door, and opener,the entire process was great. Every interaction from phone calls, to having quote verbal, and in emailed document within an hour, was professional. On installation day their work process was exceptional. Complete tear out and new install was completed as promised. Arrival right on time, and completion surprisingly quick.
