I called Reliable Garage Door this morning after not being able to get out of my garage. The garage door wouldn't move. The lovely gal that answered the phone said they were so booked they would not be able to get to me until Sunday. It's Thursday, no way I could wait that long. Then she suggested I call another company, gave me their phone number and said they would probably be able to get to me this afternoon. Ive had Reliable out to do tune ups and replace springs. Just did some warranty work for a broken spring, gave me my options, no trying to upset anything. Friendly, on time, and quality work.
The company had Chad out in less than 2 hours, and he was very thorough and communicative in his assessment of my needs, we agreed on a price, and he performed the work efficiently and professionally. Will use them again!
