Leondro and his team are great. They were on time, explained every step and cleaned up each day before they left. They were polite and very professional. They sanded our hardwood floors and stairs and then restained them to a darker color. They look amazing. Will definitely recommend to others.
Marcelo from Reliable Floors was great to work with. He gave me a written estimate the same day he came to measure the floors. He was in contact with me during the refinishing process, answering all my questios and came back the day after the project was finished to make sure everything was looking good. The guys did an amazing job and I couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend them

We hired reliable to finish our second floor and stair treads. They were efficient, pleasant and communicative throughout the whole process, and they did great work! Marcelo explained the process, and was quick to resolve any issues. If we ever decided to refinish our first floor, we will certainly give them another call!
