Tractor trailer operator. I got pulled over by a VA Trooper for DOT inspection and was subsequently put out of service. My trailer had a bad brake chamber, inoperable brakes on 1 axle and a low tire. I called and spoke to Jerry at Reliable Fleet and the mechanic arrived in 45 min. I’m rating them 5 stars because the service was prompt, mechanic was very knowledgable and put in a lot of hard work.
