We needed someone to fix a few holes in our ceiling, that were due to a clumsy husband in the attic. The work completed, was fine. No real complaints, but not outstanding. It's worthy of a 4-star. The three-star rating is due to difficulty in communication. text messages were vague and caused us confusion. In one instance, we expected someone to show for an estimate, and no one showed at all. Great service.
Warning to others! We recently hired Matt Smith with Reliable Fixers to complete a 4-6 week job, and after 18 weeks all we have to show for is a loss of our $9k down payment and a bunch of shoddy work. Had to hire another company to correct the issues and complete the entire job. We were conned! He gives you a lowball quote and then takes your deposit! Do not use!
