I am the site manager for Extra Space Storage in Howell NJ. Forrest was my tech and he did a thorough inspection and he was very polite and professional, I was very happy with his service. Thanks Forrest, and thanks Encore!
Forrest Stranburg and Juan Torres were at my job for an inspection and were fantastic! A previous inspection completed by a different company made some errors and they walked me through the process of obtaining the report so I can have these deficiencies repaired properly, not just 'reported repaired'. They took the time, stayed late and were very professional.

I felt compelled to leave a review because of the service I experienced from this young man. I have dealt with many Encore employees, and there were all very nice, but Forrest was super knowledgeable, polite, and very professional at the same time.
