Called Reliable Exteriors for a gutter draining problem on the SW side of my two story level home in Bolingbrook. Due to the recent heavy Spring to rains that passed through our area, we noticed rain water was flowing over the gutters and not draining down the downspouts. Within 2 weeks they replaced our roof in 1 day & then the gutters just a couple of days later in 1 day, without any issues. The final price was exactly as they quoted. Lorenzo is a fair and personable contractor which is hard to find. He went above and beyond to assist me with my roof repair that only started showing latent damage quite some time after a major hailstorm. He assisted with the insurance claim and did excellent work replacing roof and gutters. Since then I have also hired Lorenzo to replace a sling glass door as well as vacuuming out and replacing my attic insulation. He is honest and cares about his work.
