Lorenzo and his crew did an excellent job, they were very professional. Lorenzo was prompt for the initial estimate and explained exactly what would be needed. The crew did an outstanding job with the installation and clean up.
Lorenzo and his team did an amazing job of replacing our roof. Lorenzo was very easy to work with, listened to our concerns, and responded to any questions we had throughout the project. We ended up with a fantastic roof that resolved our initial leak issue, but also addressed other concerns we brought up about adequate attic ventilation. We recommend Reliable Exteriors and Lorenzo to anyone looking to get exterior work done on their home.
Lorenzo is a fair and personable contractor which is hard to find. He went above and beyond to assist me with my roof repair that only started showing latent damage quite some time after a major hailstorm. He assisted with the insurance claim and did excellent work replacing roof and gutters. Since then I have also hired Lorenzo to replace a sling glass door as well as vacuuming out and replacing my attic insulation. He is honest and cares about his work.
