Absolutely and undeniably the worst customer service after the sale I’ve ever experienced from an equipment company. This was my 5th Tacheuchi skid steer (TL12) $116,000. With 3 hrs on the machine I informed the dealer that there was something “not quite right” with the machine. In response to my concern, they sent out a technician. My first choice for small equipment rentals 15,000lb and under
Terrible customer service. We were charged for hose on equipment that broke after just a few hours of work. Called and they sent someone to repair hose and we were never told we would be charged almost $1000.00 to fix a service call. We should have at least been notified there would be a charge and had the option to decline. They charged our card without authorization.
