Terrible customer service. We were charged for hose on equipment that broke after just a few hours of work. Called and they sent someone to repair hose and we were never told we would be charged almost $1000.00 to fix a service call. We should have at least been notified there would be a charge and had the option to decline. They charged our card without authorization.

They are usually the first company I go with when it comes to equipment rental. Great staff and efficient equipment at a fair price.
Fair price. Plenty of equipment ready to go. I have tried the other guys and have been left wanting. Reliable bailed me out and had the equipment I needed to get the job done.
