We had our neighbors tree fall and knock down power lines to our house. Our neighbors called reliable Electric. When the supervisor Jackson came out he came over to ask us if we had an electrician. I am glad he did because we thought it was Georgia power we needed to call. He gave us his boss Charlie's number to call in the morning. When I called the next morning Jackson had already let his boss know that we would be calling. They came Out fast and worked fast to get our power back on. Our second time using this company and the only electrician we will be using moving forward. They’re quick and reliable. They also provide honest feedback about issues and what needs to be fixed. Would highly recommend if you want the job done right from the start.

I contracted them in late 2022 to do a panel swap and change out my outlets in my home. To preface, this home was built in the 70s and has aluminum wiring. One of the outlets failed this year, so I contacted another company to change it out for me. It was discovered that the outlets Reliable Electric installed were not rated for aluminum - copper only. Charles came to my house on a call after another electrician tried to take advantage of us with an ASTRONOMICAL quote. Reliable Electric located and took care of the short in my home in less than an hour! The problem wasn’t even as bad as the other company made it out to be. Amazing job and true to their name, very reliable. Our tree fell and brought down the power lines. That same night Mr. Jackson came and helped us connect our generator while the wires could get fixed. He came the next morning with permit and fixed the wires. They made sure GA Power was notified to turn the power back on and they helped our neighbors as well as it was our tree that knocked their power lines. Reliable and considerate of others.
