This company is aweful. It was contracted through Lowe’s to install a generator, and it’s as if they had never installed one before. They charged more than they should have, had no idea who was responsible for doing anything, and left it to the homeowner to basically schedule everything. It has been over 2 months, and generator is still not operational. Terrible experience.
The only thing “reliable” about this company is their inconsistency. I had the displeasure of using this company through a contract basis and they couldn’t have done a worse job. Actually, they could have, if they ever showed up. Had an appointment for Friday and they wouldn’t come because it was 3:30 and too close to the weekend, but guaranteed they’d be here before 12:00 noon on Monday. I just had more electrical problems. I call reliable no help at all. I have used. Them for 10yrs up till now. I have Pruett elec over my house now. Everything reliable did was 100% wrong. The main breaker they changed was never hooked up correctly. This could have caused my house to burn down. To much to list. DO NOT USE THIS GROUP OF GUYS.
