Piter was such a great help. He did a thorough inspection and because of his patience and troubleshooting skills, he was able to identify the problem after the first tech wasn’t able to. He put in a temporary solution until a new part comes in and my house is staying nice and cool!
Do they mean UNRELIABLE Ducts? What a joke this company is! From their rough installation, their repair and service guys, to the receptionist, TINA… girl, no. If you are going to get personally offended with every unsatisfied and angry customer… you are going to piss a lot of people off.
