Great customer service
AC went out on Wednesday and was told a new part needed to be ordered. It’s Friday and they still haven’t received the part, not sure why it wasn’t ordered in rush service. I was told not til Monday it may be here, this AC unit is new not even a year old and we are having issues. Hottest days currently and with an infant home not good, not resolution on what can be done to cool the house. Had to go out and spend money on getting a portable AC for the bedroom to keep my daughter from over heating. Entire house it over 80 degr... read more
