I had an order pending which they didn't ship because they wanted to confirm my shipping address, I've been a customer of theirs for years at the same address. After confirming my address ( on a Wednesday) they told me that it would ship the next day. On Friday of that week, I received voice message saying they needed my deductible payment. However, they had closed for the weekend and do not have any staff that can take the payment meaning my order had not shipped by this point I was out of sensors. As a type one on a pump with Reliable i count on them for my infusion sets and cartridges. well really careless on their part I received the cartridges and no infusions sets show back ordered. No one can use one without the other. They were supposed to call me back but of course didn't and I only have 1 infusion set for three days. Update: Also falls back on Tandem with the back orders.
Unable to deliver on time
This is the worst company I have ever ordered supplies from. I would never recommend them to anyone.
These people are so Dismissive: They treat your business as if it’s unimportant or small. I feel like I'm doing them a favor every time I have to call. I hope the owner reads this and makes changes to the staff.
