I am now on week 3 on attempting to get my diabetes supplies refilled after, for some unknown reason, they removed me from the auto-reorder system. Keep in mind, I have insurance and my insurance is in their system. I've been having the same routine supply order for the past 5 years, without issue. Awful. Awful awful awful. Started out great for a couple of months and then suddenly my daughters supplies were mistakenly shipped out a week late. Every month after that, the shipping date is pushed out an extra day. This month they are shipping out 3 days late. My daughter is now going a week with no dexcom and it’s severely impacting her blood sugars.

I'm pretty disappointed. Their website is totally broken and doesn't work. This company never sends any email for order confirmation, shipping notifications, etc. It's confusing and difficult to track.
