An honest company with integrity, compassion, patience, and wonderful customer service. Our central unit needed to be replaced ages ago. Mr Kevin did what he could to help buy time as we gathered the funds needed. He listened to our concerns and took time to explain and fully address each one. I will only be calling Reliable Cooling & Heating for our needs from now on and will refer everyone I know!
