Slow Slow repair time and did not fix my problem. Had to bring it back 3x and still did not fix my problems. I dont think our company will use them again.
great. I would use them again if needed. They did a great job. I had a part break inside the cumputer. They replaced it. Made sure cumputer still worked. They were veryfast. Much apreciated. Had it ready in under 2 hours. Price very reasonable.
A little slow, but helpful... I had a frustrating experience with this business. And, when it comes to cars & computers, I have to feel I trust the people working on them. I'm still not entirely convinced I trust them enough to go back. They did fix my laptop when the DVD/CD drive went kaput. It took 3 weeks to do so. To me, that is an incredibly long period of time for something like that.
