My brand new 2017 Hyundai Tuscon was rear-ended on Halloween. I was referred to Reliable Collison by Tarbox Hyundai. Randy and his staff are very understanding, pleasant to work with and handled the claim with the insurance company. They kept you up-to-date with the repairs being made to your vehicle with daily text messages along with having a rental car available for me to use. Randy makes sure you are completely satisfied with the repairs done on your vehicle. I would highly recommend Reliable Collision.
Eventhough our car was a total loss, Randy took the time to explain my rights to me when the insurance company was trying up pull a fast one. Thank you Randy for your time and patience for nothing more than a storage fee and some donuts. I should also mention that past repairs were above and beyond from what we expected from any body shop. Thanks again! You guys are awesome!
Was completely blown away by their customer service. They were friendly and gave me updates on the progress of my vehicle every week. Upon pickup I notice that they also took care of small dent for me. I normally don't give five star ratings or even write reviews for that matter but they went way past my expectations and the five stars are well deserved.
I'm not one to normally leave reviews as I expect to get what I pay for. However, the honesty and professionalism I recieved from Dave at Reliable Collision is worth mentioning. After some confusion about the insurance company, Dave put my best interests first. He saved me a lot of money and the work was perfect! I highly recommend this business for its integrity and great work.
Very friendly staff, excellent work, fast and convenient. i've had my car fixed there when I was in an accident, they did a great job. they fixed it fast and even gave me a loaner car. I also get my vehicles detailed from them. They made a 12-year-old truck look brand-new

Never again, hood is off center, a peice was stolen off my tail gate of my 2015 silverado not even going to call and complain im sure they will dance around it the owner Randy is unfriendly and arrogant, I gave you $12,000 worth of business and you couldn't bury a $500 deductible?
