Michael B. was my mechanic. He was very polite and professional. He did an awesome job fixing my ride. He even washed my vehicle and polished up the tires when he was finished. It looked really beautiful when I came and picked it up.

Run Away!!! I called made an appointment to get a replacement key fab and an oil change for my 2024 2500HD High Country Silverado. I had already called the warranty company and got approval with a link for any service advisor to follow and file the claim. I explained that during the call my appointment was at 11:00am, I checked in at 10:40 with Kevin.
