Great service and great people. Maria Cardona got my vehicle repaired quicker than expected and communicated daily updates through the process. Highly recommend!
The oil life monitor was not reset to 100% after completing the oil change. I had to reset it myself. Otherwise, you would have received 5 stars.
This dealership would have rated 5 stars for courtesy and service, but, I took off 2 stars out of the 5 because they have now decided to nickel-and-dime their loyal customers by charging a 3% fee on payments by credit card!!!!! I am beyond offended and annoyed by such a greedy policy!!!!! Otherwise, the service was performed in a reasonable amount of time, and the employees were courteous; however, the driver's seat was not adjusted to the way I had had it before. I'm always telling them about that and they don't listen.
Always able to get me in when I need!
