I did not have an appointment and when I arrived, Richard Tucker checked me in and made sure to have the issue I was having addressed immediately and had me back on the road quickly! Great service!
So far, the interactions I’ve had with Reliable Chevrolet have been pretty awesome. Where’s no one likes spending money, but if you wanna keep your vehicles in tiptop shape, you do what is necessary. Michael Davis has been that person that has been honest from the very beginning. He tells me what I need when I need it and if it’s necessary or not at that time. He is my go to person and I trust him.
When I get my car serviced at Reliable, I always get exceptional service from Richard. He is polite, positive, professional, and helpful. He kept me informed with my part order before my appointment and the service when I brought it in was quick and easy. I also appreciated the quick and timely courtesy rides by the female driver.
Richard from services was very helpful along the process of getting my chevy malibu fixed up. This dealership and the staff are very helpful and were able to get my car in and out of the shop in three days. Past experiences with other dealerships and auto repair shops have left me with little trust so it was really nice having a good experience for a change. These guys are quick and good at what they do.
I brought my car in 2 weeks ago with no appointment. Richard helped me immediately. Called me within 10 mins to offer me the 75,000 mile checkup that included an oil change that I really needed. It was a great deal for all Of the services. I received my diagnostic report later on that day and I called him because there were more items that needed immediate attention per the report.
