Took my car here after an accident and they did an awesome job.I was texted the status of my vehicle every step of the way. The work was outstanding. The paint was a perfect match and they returned my car cleaner than its ever been!
Horrible experience. Came here with a wrecked car and left with many new issues. Car is currently un-drivable and they will not fix it.
I’ve waited several months after my accident to really get a feel for all of the repairs and how the truck runs post. But I’ve gotta say that Darla and Trace here at Reliable took excellent care of my vehicle and the fellas in the back shop had me back on the road in weeks instead of months like I feared. Top notch group of folks over there. Can’t recommend them enough. Really validated my Chevy purchase for me since the truck was still basically new. Thankful to actually receive the service we pay for. Well done guys!
They had my son’s truck for 2 months!! They originally accessed damage and insurance approved them they found additional damage. Insurance dragged their feet to approve. They told us they had to order parts and it would be 10 days. 14 days later they realized they didn’t order additional parts.
