Very prompt and reliable technician but unfortunately after cleaning one of the rugs ( a cheaper one ) it dried all bunched up. Upholstery cleaning was great. UPDATE - Would like to add further comments - after the incident with the cheaper rug, Reliable promptly offered to take it away to try to stretch it - not fault of Reliable, likely the quality of the rug. Reliable Carpet cleaned a 8 x 10 ft rug for us and we had a great experience - very prompt with providing a reasonably priced quote, pick-up and drop-off.
As the name says, they are reliable. Someone even came back a few days after to further treat an old, fixed stain. Very happy with the service and results.
