Superb – 911 carpet cleaning came in the time of need. I was having a house warming party in my brand new apartment and while I was preparing for the gathering i spilled red punch all over the carpet. I panicked like any other person would and looked online and found 911 carpet cleaning. They came to my home within and hour and were finished and out before the guest started to arrive. I was very pleased and will use them again.

Superb Service – The lady that set my appointment was very nice! 911 carpet cleaning did a wonderful job getting all the stains up. (I have 5 pets so it wasn't pretty.) The price I quoted was the same after the tech measured the rooms. I will use 911 Carpet Cleaning again!

Removed all Stains! – Very professional and easy to work with. Employees friendly and knowlegable on how to get spots and smell out of carpet. My carpet is light brown and had alot of coffee stains and spill stains. 911 Carpet Cleaning my carpets and now blemish free and it smells so much better at a responsable cost. I will continue to use this company.

Best carpet cleaning in Gastonia!! – I have two kids that suffer severe allergies. I called this Air Duct Company to clean and sanitize my ductwork and while they were here i was sold on the carpet cleaning. The technicians were so informative, so professional and honest with me the all time. I highly recommend this company; I am very satisfied with the service and im going to be using this company from now on
