Terrible interactions with the dealership. Have a 2026 IQL. Brought it in because the brake service light was on. They took 2 hours to say it was a software issue. I asked because the garage door function was not working, he then said well you did not buy the car from here so why aren't you taking it to where you brought it from. Will never bring the car in here for service again
TBD giving a base 3 stars will update afterwards - went in for a recall but they didn't have the parts so will be trying again tomorrow.... I feel like they would have checked for the parts, my name brought up my make and model so not sure the precesses.
This place causes more problems than it fixes. I drove an hour and a half to have my car serviced for an airbag recall. They left the cover behind my steering wheel ajar. It wouldn't fully close and it was open by a centimeter or two so I didn't think anything of it. I also noticed that my steering wheel would scrape on the cover when I would make turns.
