November 2022 I pre ordered a LYRIQ and my salesman George told me I wouldn't see the car for at least a year turns out he was right I took delivery December 2023! I told them I didn't want anything added to the car and sure enough they didn't try anything funny! Only complaint I have is they pushed for a sale as soon as the car hit the lot. Find another Cadillac dealer to go to lol. This dealership is a joke. My girl and I went to this dealership to look at EV’s despite speaking to a rude agent over the phone. We get there and nobody paid us any mind. Go to any other dealership in that Automall and sales agents are out front and ready to sell cars; isn’t that the whole point after all? I recently purchased a Lyric from Reliable. I’ve been in for repairs and tune ups, and each time I’ve been handled with great care and patience. I instruct customer service for the State of Ca and I am blown away by Abigail’s service. Whether I wake up on the right side or wrong side of bed, she gives me amazing service.
