Great experience. Worked with Randall who is super attentive and quick to respond. The vehicle was transferred to them from another location and he sent me photos of the car to confirm it was exactly what I wanted before driving to Roseville. Excellent service from him and great team inside the showroom.

We went to Reliable to test drive a Cadillac Escalade and ended up purchasing it! Our sales man was George and he was amazing! We ended up going back to check out a Tesla and ended up loving the mustang Mach-E and purchased that! Again George helped us out. The whole team is amazing we had some good laughs and they made the process seamless and fast. They were very accommodating for us as well. If you are looking for a reliable vehicle come here and ask for George!
I recently visited Reliable Cadillac and had one of the most disappointing dealership experiences ever. The staff seemed completely uninterested in selling cars. They didn’t introduce themselves, didn’t present any available options, and didn’t offer any information about the vehicles. We weren’t even given the chance to take a test drive. It felt like they simply didn’t care whether we were there or not. We ended up leaving and purchasing our vehicle at another dealership. Took an 07 that has always been dealer serviced with 90k on it to get air bag fault looked at. They wanted over $300 to look at it and said they probably couldn't get any parts to fix it. Was actually thinking about buying a new one but cars last me many years and if they can't stand behind their products for more than 15 years I'll get something else. Didn't know cadillac was a throw away brand. Sad
