Fast, from arrival to departure within 1 hour. Robert gave me quick instructions on basic operations of my new Envista. Fred got the paperwork done fast, with one or two sentences to tell me what I was signing. This was an amazing and low pressure dealership experience!
I went to multiple dealerships when shopping. It was a great experience at reliable GMC. The salesman was not pushy at all, the service was great, and the whole process was pleasant. I could not think of anything that would have made the experience better.
Elvis my service advisor is always on top of everything even if there is a problem. He always communicates with the customer effectively in a timely manner with options (if any). I can not ask for any better service that what this dealership has given in the 3 years they have serviced my 2022 Yukon Denali. In fact, I now bring my 2023 Corvette there even with the Chevy dealer next door since they a have tech that can work on it.
