I took my car to the shop for oil change today. The owner was very kind and worked on my car about 25 minutes before the next appointment. He got it done within 20 minutes. Will definitely go back again.
Went to use their Groupon promotion for an oil change for $20 upon calling to schedule appt the guy who answered seemed a bit hostile. He asked what my car was and when I told him he said your lucky, I don’t see many of those cars. Then I said they’re reliable and he said like my business and I said ur lucky lol. I just felt apprehensive and with the tonality of the guy mixed with the hidden fees of oil disposal which claim to be included in the Groupon offer, I wasn’t trusting it.
