I just bought a flatbed truck approx. 2 weeks ago on a really good price, low miles and the truck is running great like new!!!!! The sales team it's a really nice people,they will treat you as a family member. I really recommend Reliable Auto Sales in Auburn Washington.
Experience went good with the exception that they did not wear masks when going on the test drive, nor in their office.
Didn't receive an answer from them for a couple days. When the did respond, it had already been sold.
Disrespectful to customers. Falsely advertising vehicles. Check out their google reviews, I'm not the only one who thinks this. Take your business elsewhere. These guys are a waste of time.
Slow to reply. I reached out texting the number listed, emailed the email listed, and then finally through CarGurus, to which they responded, finally. I have a voicemail from them on 12/2, but that was after a week from my original inquiry. I have a follow up text (Saturday 12/8) after they responded to my text (Friday 12/7), only to be silent and have no response again. I get being busy, but don't have so many ways of contact if you can't stay on them to follow up.
Contact was attempted by dealer but we never actually spoke. However he did make attemp at contact at a reasonable amount of time, that was good. However I was not available.
Reliable staff (Vlad) went out of his way to accomodate us. Thank you! We found another car, however.
