SCAM SCAM SCAM!!! Don’t ever purchase anything from here. Purchased a transmission and it is faulty. I told them that I installed same day as purchased but insisted the transmission was in good shape when I bought it. They will not honor their warranty. Don’t ever buy anything from here! BBB will be hearing about this. I just wish they would stick to their word and grow up. They hung up the phone when I told them the transmission is faulty! No business like this deserves to be open. SCAM!
Do not buy from them. Scam. They sell broken parts. They don’t answer any calls. They take your cash and don’t want assume any responsibility for their broken parts. They just hang up on you and won’t answer their phone. You’ll need to call from a different phone which is ridiculous.
Scam! Reported. They won’t answer calls after we bought a broken transmission from them. I don’t even know how they are still in business. Read all the reviews here so you can see that most people have been scammed. I’ll be reporting to the local authorities also. Completely unethical way to do business. Scamming people out of hard earned money. Shameful!!!!!
I purchased a transmission from this company, and unfortunately the transmission did not work. When I contacted them about the issue, they refused to honor the warranty they had promised. To make matters worse, they hung up on me when I explained that the transmission was not working. They did not keep their word, did not stand behind the product they sold me, and handled the situation very unprofessionally. Horrible people to do business with, they do not honor their warranty. Asked what we could do to resolve the issue and they hung up. SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.
