Truly the best in the industry. The team takes the time to thoroughly evaluate your home's value and clearly explain every detail of their report. Their professionalism and attention to detail set them apart from others.
We had our home appraised recently and was disappointed with our appraiser. The rest of the team was pleasant to deal with but after contacting the appraiser that the numbers on the report were incorrect he tried to explain to me why he did what he did which did not make any sense to me. Especially when my sister did an appraisal with the same appraiser few months ago and he said the EXACT OPPOSITE to her when the report was created. Completely unreliable and inconsistent.
Would not recommend. Many better options out there.

Terrible appraisal. The appraiser himself was nice and did a thorough walk through, asking all the questions but has zero clue about values based on location, upgrades etc. Comparables used were apples to oranges, and didn’t account for the neighbourhood itself. Would not recommend working with this company if you’re looking for a true appraisal, especially since the appraisers haven’t studied desirable real estate based on location.
