Had them come to repair my maker and they could not repair after multiple trips Technician was nice but could tell he was new and unable to fix. Issue was he used aftermarket valve with overflowed ice maker and caused ice to freeze in ice bin. Also overflowed ice maker and caused it to not work properly. Said he replaced twice with new icemaker and when another company came out saw it was an old icemaker Had used in past and was pleased Very disappointed and will not use them

The service tech was over opinionated and arrogant. Would not listen to what happened to washer and the part I broke. He pried open the lid and stripped the screw, did not properly replace the top when he was done and made no attempt to empty water from machine. Had another company come and they drained machine, explained issue and returned with needed parts and was done in 30 minutes. When I called and complained, I was told a supervisor would call. Still waiting. Worst customer service ever!!

I wish I had paid more attention to these reviews our experience was similar to the others - seems fraudulent. We have a viking stove 1.5 overns -the tops burners have always worked fine but we keep having issues with the ignitors shutting off - we replaced the ignitors with reliable about 2 years ago and then used another company 6 months ago and replaced both again. ****SCAM**** we called them to fix a built in fridge that stop cooling. The tech showed up in a sedan, not even a work truck, that's the first red flag. Diagnosed the problem and quoted $900 repair. We asked him "are you sure, you didn't even open anything up?" But he said he's sure so we waited for parts and he returned 3 days later. My experience was the repairman was here 40 minutes, (was quoted $175/hr) replaced a part (so he said) that cost $40, and my bill was $750.00. After paying, he left, discovered oven still not working, called an authorized Whirlpool repair company, and they found my heating element had burned out, replaced it, and my oven is perfect. Had nothing to do with the replacement part.
