I wish I had paid more attention to these reviews our experience was similar to the others - seems fraudulent. We have a viking stove 1.5 overns -the tops burners have always worked fine but we keep having issues with the ignitors shutting off - we replaced the ignitors with reliable about 2 years ago and then used another company 6 months ago and replaced both again. ****SCAM**** we called them to fix a built in fridge that stop cooling. The tech showed up in a sedan, not even a work truck, that's the first red flag. Diagnosed the problem and quoted $900 repair. We asked him "are you sure, you didn't even open anything up?" But he said he's sure so we waited for parts and he returned 3 days later. He then said the repair is now $3000 and he misdiagnosed the problem, he admitted that had to he opened it he would've known but "company policy" doesn't allow for him to open anything up. My experience was the repairman was here 40 minutes, (was quoted $175/hr) replaced a part (so he said) that cost $40, and my bill was $750.00. After paying, he left, discovered oven still not working, called an authorized Whirlpool repair company, and they found my heating element had burned out, replaced it, and my oven is perfect. Had nothing to do with the replacement part. These people come into your home, you’re assuming they know what they’re doing, and then overcharge you, and do not show on receipt the justification ... read more

Went online to find a repair service in my area-Tracy. On their website it says serving San Joaquin county and specifically lists Tracy. Called them- very bluntly asks for my zip code and says they don’t service my area. I said on your website it says services Tracy- she bluntly says “well I don’t know what to tell ya?” And hangs up!!??? One star is too many for this review!!!
