They didn't repair our stove top because they needed a part, which they never ordered. Any time I called they said they would get back to me, but they never did. We had to pay $79 for them to come, but it would go towards the repair, which was never done, and we never got our money back. This is the worst service I've ever gotten from any service company. I have been waiting for a repair for 6 weeks. They took my money to "review " the claim and basically said we needed to replace the unit. We agreed to pay and still NO service people have come after 4 appointments!!!!!!

Reliable Appliance was the worst appliance repair company I have ever used. The company's manager and supervisor would not return any of my calls regarding a repair that was left unfinished. I tried for 2 weeks to get some sort of response, and no one would ever return my call. DON'T use this company!
