No complaints about the techs that installed a new TRANE system in our home in 2022. We do have complaints about the system and the owner's attitude and customer service. We had a new system installed (TRANE) in June of 2022, costing $7000. By Winter it started short cycling. I had to put my fire on before it would shut off. When I turned the fire off, it did so again. The following Winter, the same thing. I called the owner and he seemed of the opinion his system was working fine.
