Just got install of heat pump done today. I usually like to support local businesses. Being first time customer I was bit nervous, however I am happy overall with proposal, timely arrival and install, prep and cleanup. Phil was patient and meticulous in process. After reviewing the Yelp reviews and ratings, I purchased a new HVAC system with this company in September 2021. I paid to relocate the furnace to the attic and install a new AC unit in the backyard. Their service was amazing in the beginning. They were very pleasant and great at communicating via email. It only took about 3 days to install everything. I recently worked with this company for air duct replacement. They understand the HVAC job very well. The price was also reasonable (top 3 quotes I’ve got). Overall, job was done quickly with high quality and professional. Will definitely continue working with them and introduce them to my friends as well.
We needed a new HVAC system but had not been through the process before. The first company we spoke to wanted $75k cash for 2 units or $115k financed (I'm not kidding)!!!
