We had a 20 year-old Water Heater and the day it stopped working I knew the other repairmen did not have a clue about what to do or solutions because A lot of these people out there are not honest and hard-working at their craft like Ramon. From the first phone call, I was absolutely impressed with how quickly he came and diagnosed the issue. This was not a quick patch of job and I knew that. He guaranteed a new water heater would be installed the following day with the help of his wonderful coworker Pablo and I trusted his ... read more
We’ve received several services from Reliable Air since July 2023, including general maintenance, pilot light replacement, thermostat replacement, and a full water heater replacement. Our elderly neighbors were also grateful for their quick response during a heat wave, when their A/C unit needed urgent repair. True to their name, Reliable Air has consistently delivered—often providing same-day service and always arriving when promised. Their team is courteous, exceptionally clean, and thorough in their work. We’ve been very ... read more
Ramon and Pablo were excellent and speedy at replacing our water tank heater. Our previous tank was leaking and reliable air was able to come adresss the problem same day and we had a new tank in less than 24 hours. Very helpful and calming to deal with. The team was kind, provided options, and were very responsive and accommodating. Installation of the heater looks great so far as well and they were very tidy in completing the work and left no mess
More than “reliable”. Ramon and his team are efficient and helpful. In one visit they did the maintenance for my humidifier and air conditioner, cleaned my dryer vent and gave me the peace of mind that everything is working efficiently. Highly recommend them for all your HVAC needs.
Modern day heroes as far as I'm concerned, fixed my AC on short notice in the middle of a heat wave. Previous tech from another company said "they're not familiar with the type of unit" and took the diagnostic fee and ran. Reliable Air came on site prepared to service. Blissfully wearing a sweater inside when it's 30 degree outside.😇
