We’ve received several services from Reliable Air since July 2023, including general maintenance, pilot light replacement, thermostat replacement, and a full water heater replacement. Our elderly neighbors were also grateful for their quick response during a heat wave, when their A/C unit needed urgent repair. Ramon and Pablo were excellent and speedy at replacing our water tank heater. Our previous tank was leaking and reliable air was able to come adresss the problem same day and we had a new tank in less than 24 hours. Very helpful and calming to deal with. The team was kind, provided options, and were very responsive and accommodating. Installation of the heater looks great so far as well and they were very tidy in completing the work and left no mess
More than “reliable”. Ramon and his team are efficient and helpful. In one visit they did the maintenance for my humidifier and air conditioner, cleaned my dryer vent and gave me the peace of mind that everything is working efficiently. Highly recommend them for all your HVAC needs.
Modern day heroes as far as I'm concerned, fixed my AC on short notice in the middle of a heat wave. Previous tech from another company said "they're not familiar with the type of unit" and took the diagnostic fee and ran. Reliable Air came on site prepared to service. Blissfully wearing a sweater inside when it's 30 degree outside.😇
450 dollars for an hour and a half of total time spent. Good work but extremely expensive. (beware of the excessive cost) Filter was replaced but I provided the filter. The AC was washed, the person measured the temperature 3 times at the furnace and they topped up the AC with Freon. ( not a lot, however the person mentioned that it is expensive ).
