In June 2022 I had 100% new HVAC installed in my Toluca Lake area by HVAC firm I have used in my homes in the area for about 25-years. I never had any issues that firm until this install. I did not get multiple proposals and did not get suggestion of firm(s) to use from the HOA manager (my bad, I should have). The install by the initial firm was horrible.
