I purchased a brand new unit in August 2023. when the man came out to give me an estimate he gave me the price and he talked highly about the rebate i was going to get. It is thru York Air Conditioners. It was $772.00. He told me i did not have to fill out anything Reliable would take care of filling it out, he said it would take 5 to 7 weeks for me to get it. They installed my air unit August 13, 2023. so i gave it till November and called Reliable, lady told me it should be soon, so i waited. February 2024. went by Reliabl... read more
Reliable was called on Thursday of last week. They told me it would be Tuesday of this week, that was fine, the lady said they are doing ones with warranty. I have a warranty also. They didnt call me or anything and today is Thursday June 30th. I called them and the lady said the other girl wld be in and she wld have her to call. Its hot weather.
