Cheryl called the morning after submitting a service request on the website and scheduled to have Alex arrive that afternoon - quick response! Alex did a thorough check of the system, which was working ok when he arrived. But then he coupled that with my observations and made a good determination of the issue and proposed a fix. Intermittent issues are hard to diagnose sometimes but Alex knew what was likely going on. We've used Reliable on 3 different properties since 2019 and always had great service!
Reliable Air really lives up to their name! My AC was leaking water, and they were able to come out quickly, arriving right on time. Alex was incredibly thorough and professional. He took the time to explain what was causing the issue (a clogged drain), how it happened, and even gave me tips on how to help prevent it in the future.
