I sat and did 3 intakes last week taking HOURS of my time and energy being told they help with children just to be told on Wednesday by Destiny that they don’t have a license for children. My Mom is currently being held here. Since coming here they have her drugged up. She doesn't answer her phone and when I visit shes nodding out. She just had a VERY SERIOUS FALL HERE and was sent to the ER. They did not have guardrails up in her bed. Even though shes a fall risk. Ive tried contacting this "facility" 12 times. TWELVE TIMES to find out about the fall. I get redirected everytime and the phone rings and rings until it disconnects. Ive even tried the Administrator number. No one has contacted me.
