I sat and did 3 intakes last week taking HOURS of my time and energy being told they help with children just to be told on Wednesday by Destiny that they don’t have a license for children. I was than told I’ll receive a call on Friday for a meet and greet., They don’t do child services however they gave me the run around if you don’t have a case aide just say that .. My Mom is currently being held here. Since coming here they have her drugged up. She doesn't answer her phone and when I visit shes nodding out. She just had a VERY SERIOUS FALL HERE and was sent to the ER. They did not have guardrails up in her bed. Even though shes a fall risk. Ive tried contacting this "facility" 12 times. TWELVE TIMES to find out about the fall. I get redirected everytime and the phone rings and rings until it disconnects. Ive even tried the Administrator number. No one has contacted me.
