Got repairs to my furnace 3/25. When going over what needed repaired I felt like I was talking to a salesperson and was not getting a straight answer. I was desperate and just spent the $1888 for two parts with a one year warranty. I never was emailed my estimate or invoice from the service. This week the same thing happened again so although I didn’t want to use this company again I called them because the part should be under warranty.
