I recently was let go as a patient after having a horrible experience and being talked down to as a patient. I called the office to express her concerns and when they called back was told we were not a good fit. I was sent to get an MRI and could not get one done due to me having a pacemaker and they insisted it could be done. I tried time and time again and no one would do it. After the first appointment and no outcome from this appointment, they scheduled another appointment for my wife without our consent and conformation! Then they charged us with $75 for not attending (usually clinics charge $25). We ignored the charges but they insisted, apparently my wife paid them because of their insistence! Never again, even the way that leads to them!
