I recently was let go as a patient after having a horrible experience and being talked down to as a patient. I called the office to express her concerns and when they called back was told we were not a good fit. After the first appointment and no outcome from this appointment, they scheduled another appointment for my wife without our consent and conformation! Then they charged us with $75 for not attending (usually clinics charge $25). We ignored the charges but they insisted, apparently my wife paid them because of their insistence! Never again, even the way that leads to them!

I am extremely happy with Dr Ybarra’s care. He is a skilled and caring pain management doctor. He has given me three epidural shots over the past 2 years and this has definitely kept my back pain under control.
