Went in for chronic back pain and new onset shoulder pain. Due to a closed accident case they wouldn't see me but the MA was pushing lawyers left and right. Told me she'd see me if I went with their lawyer. Ugh no thank you. Its a closed case. Over 20 years back pain not on meds and didnt plan to be and they wouldn't see me. Find a better provider. UPDATE** They charged my card for the copay after they refused to see me without going to their lawyer!! FRAUD!! STAY AWAY!!!!***
Everyone from the front desk through the medical staff to checking out was smooth and painless. Very polite and cheerful staff.
First Time going there. They are very pleasant and explained everything they were going to do step by step. They were thorough and gave me time to explain what was going on. Which impressed me they actually took the time to hear me I will be returning there
I had a very disappointing experience at this office. I waited approximately 30 minutes before being called back, only to then be told I could not be seen because my pain was related to a car accident. Before scheduling, I reviewed the office website, which states that they treat patients involved in car accidents. During my appointment, I explained that I do not currently have an attorney, but my insurance company is handling the claim through a lien arrangement and the office would still be paid for services provided.
