I have been a Patient of Dr Manuel Ybarra for 9 years. He is very caring, great bedside manner, listens, and develops a good rapport with his patience and staff. I feel very lucky to have such a Great Pain Specialist Dr taking care of me. In 2018, I had 4 levels of Spinal Fusion in my neck. It has been Allot!! I Highly Reccomend this Shertz location i am going to and I have been to Stone Oak location as well. I have been to both locations for one going pain treatment. I have been a patient of Dr. Ybarra for over 11 years. He is the most compassionate person I have ever known. That coupled with his dedication for his patient's comfort and his knowledge of pain management is beyond comparison. I wouldn't be able to walk today if not for his treatments to me. I recommend him above all other pain doctors. He literally has saved my life in so many ways!

This place is a mess. Rude staff and appointments are jacked up. Still waiting to be seen after 1 1/2 hours. Will update with actual time seen (see below). Music is inappropriately loud for a clinic setting and the choice is not appropriate for a professional clinic. ***Update - Finally taken back into treatment room at 11:45am. Appointment was at 10:10am, arrived @ 10 am, exactly one hour forty five mins later called into treatment room, and treatment took 10 minutes. How is that acceptable?
