The building is very nice and the management team are great but there’s a very big issue within the apartments as the noise isolation within the walls is non existent and the handles on all the doors come out very easily. Watch out if you value privacy and don’t enjoy hearing your neighbors constantly.
Bad experience with centurion that I’m still hoping they will remedy
I had a very disappointing experience with this apartment building. The property itself is beautiful, modern, and well-maintained, which initially made me very excited to move forward. We moved to Ottawa from Australia in November. While we looked at many apartments Releve was the one that ticked most of the boxes. Touring with Riad was amazing, he was very kind, helpful and showed us a lot of different suits , he even let us come back a few times before signing the lease to measure areas to make sure our stuff would fit.
