Great clinic , awesome dr , de fonzo
The staff is very patient and professional. My doctor, Dr Salim is very patient and understanding. I am very afraid of needles but he got me comfortable to take my injections. However, the 4 stars rating is because I find that the reception schedule his patients at the same time and they do not send you in according to the time that you arrive resulting in longer than necessary wait times and patients getting uncomfortable and irritated. This is a great clinic, and collectively amazing in helping treat my lower back injury (disc herniations) and extended recovery (almost a year). Pain (Lydocane) injections were a very helpful and useful measure done there to mitigate excruciating pain, while continuing with other measures such as greater stretching, continued exercise, Chiro and Physio. Office had a fire. They did not say that when they called in the morning to move my apt up. So I walked into a burnt building then had to drive 30 minutes to the mississauga office. The dr was nice when I finally made it in. The secretary wrote my birthday down wrong too for the prescriptions.
