DO NOT GO THERE. If your Doctor refers you to this clinic be prepared for extremely bad customer service by the front desk staff, they are the kind that sees you standing there (with a sore back) and ignores you for 5 to 10 minutes every visit. When they eventually acknowledge your presence they are abrasive and rude. I don't understand why nobody will help me, even these people. make me feel like im not good enough. Their website said i could do self referral which is gd because I dont have a dr. So I filled it out. They sent me an email claiming if i do one ill get a call for an appointment. ALL LIES. My spouse called when we heard nothing and they gave the excuse they cant help me that theyre "all booked up". The staff is very patient and professional. My doctor, Dr Salim is very patient and understanding. I am very afraid of needles but he got me comfortable to take my injections. However, the 4 stars rating is because I find that the reception schedule his patients at the same time and they do not send you in according to the time that you arrive resulting in longer than necessary wait times and patients getting uncomfortable and irritated.
