This is a great place and the team and members are very supportive in helping even newbies to meet their goals. I have a diet plan and some at home workouts to help me get better to get the most out of the classes. My doctor is impressed with my progress as well. Highly recommend this to anyone committed to making a change in their life.
If you want real results from your time this is the place. I have been around Vegas for the last 37 years and this is my gym where I can feel and see results I'm proud of.
