Recently got into a minor rear end Collison and took my car to relentless collision as tesla would not do collision work. Despite it being almost end of the day the manager was incredibly accommodating. She quickly assessed the damage and sent me 2 quotes the next day. One for paint buff and bumper repair and 2nd one in case they needed to repaint the bumper. She assured me they would do their best to buff the paint. I was rear-ended on the highway, luckily with only minor visible damage. Concerned about potential internal issues, I took my Volvo to Relentless since they’re a certified Volvo collision center. Fortunately, there was no damage behind the bumper, but the rear bumper panels needed replacement. I got into a mini accident where I was hit from behind and the bumper was detached . The person who hit my car had progressive insurance , I went into Tesla and they referred me to Rentless collision since they wouldn’t had been able to get my car in quickly . I was a bit iffy about not getting the repairs done through Tesla. But when they referred me to restless collision I worked with Tyler the entire time .
