Car ended up being totaled and not fixed. But service and response time from this company was a major bright spot in an otherwise difficult situation. Professional and helpful in person and on the phone. Would trust them again for sure.
Jess and the team at Relentless were a pleasure to work with…the biggest thing for me is that their customer service and communication is excellent, timely, and accurate…no guesswork…they explain everything, give you options and a timeframe, and then deliver good work on time and within budget (and in my case, below budget). What’s not to love?
Relentless goes above and beyond to deliver high- end quality repair. They only use OEM parts and stand by their work, which is excellent. They communicate frequently to keep you informed along the way. I will not go anywhere else for any repair needs that I may have in the future.
