I have had no issues with this agency when applying for my initial certification nor with recertification. The only complaint I do have is that I have a friend who used a different agency for their initial certification. Upon their recertification with the agency they used the first time, they were asked to pay$150. This agency only charges $100 for recertification, so I referred my friend to them.
