Relay has been GREAT to work with! When I first moved in, they were super responsive to questions I had, and they took care of maintenance problems so fast. Haven't had a better experience renting than with Relay Properties. I really feel like I'm in good hands renting with them.

Such a well organized and helpful company. Answered all questions promptly and really went above and beyond to make our move-in easy as possible. The Maintenance team is also super awesome!
I was a potential future renter but they don't respond to the emails after I make initial contact with them. I responded to the same 3 emails & each time I sent my questions to them they never respond back, so I decided to rent from a different management company.
