We set up TWO SEPERATE TOURS and got ghosted on both of them. Not a single way to reach them and their offices are closed. They send confirmation texts and emails but apparently don’t read them for themselves. Tremendous waste of time and money. Even if you try calling them you’ll just be routed to the same voice mail and auto response text messages. Their offices in Saint Paul are also not even furnished or open so good luck trying to see them in person.
This company does not take care of their property. Unprofessionally slow response time, typically 24 to 48 hours just for a simple response to address any concern. Be aware!
Had an appointment with the management ar 4 pm stood outside in the rain for an hour you can forget trying to contact someone all you get is an answering machine this is unacceptable
I briefly lived in one of their units in Highland Park but experienced a personal medical emergency soon after moving in. The Staff at Relay were compassionate and professional and showed grace and kindness to myself and my family in our time of need, and they didn't have to do so. My experience from seeing apartments to moving in was also smooth and easy I worked with Brett and Sophie and they were both awesome. DO NOT LIVE HERE. They pretend to be "nice buildings" until you move in to a dirty apartment that was clearly never cleaned by anyone with broken floorboards, improperly installed windows and zero water pressure in the bathroom oh and also COCKROACHES! First they sent the cockroach notice to the WRONG building and now they've sent another one with the wrong address in the email. They are also waiting over 2 weeks to even treat the cockroaches and they believe that is a "timely" response. Incredibly sloppy, poor communication... read more
