I’m fairly new to the property but I’m already thoroughly impressed with the staff and apartment complex. The staff has been so helpful in the whole process from application to move in. The staff is always helpful and responsive time is very quick, the apartment is lovely and well maintained. I must say this has been the best experience I have had with any management company ever and I’m greatly appreciative of this.

I lived at one of their properties in Saint Paul for my senior year of college (F2023- S2024), while the property was dated relay themselves were excellent property managers and never left me without solutions. From the leasing process, to moving out they were available, professional, and helpful. They even went above and beyond for me in 2 instances. Thanks for the great experience Relay, and a special thanks the Jenni who was my main and often first point of contact.
