I was harassed about adding a tip to my bill when I was paying after receiving my massage. I normally do tip, but as I was about to open my wallet to get cash out, another employee (not the one that gave me my massage) approached the front desk demanding me to pay a good tip and then proceeded to try to take my wallet out of my hand I guess to get a tip out himself.
