I have been utilizing the chair massage near Dillard’s until one day I discovered this little cubby! They have tables for full body massage, it is open so just wear gym clothes, you remain in your clothes. I now rotate between the chair massage station and this station. Chair massage when I need deep tissue in my shoulder and neck area, and the table when I just need a thorough full body massage. I really hope this place has at least one person who understands the basics of massage — legs, arms, back, knots. I understand that language can sometimes be a barrier, but what I don’t find okay is the way they manage their staff. If you book an hour (or longer), they often send in two people, and unfortunately, they usually put the least skilled person on your feet/legs. Very nice staff and probably the best massage I’ve ever gotten but they divide their staff between 2 locations inside the mall and there isn’t a dedicated staff member coordinating walk-ins so as people walk in while you are getting a massage, your masseuse will shift to massaging you with one hand and will engage the walk-in as if their appointment is starting so they don’t lose a potential customer and will pick up the phone and call the other station to figure out who is available to walk over to massage them and regardle... read more
Kind, relaxing staff. Twenty minutes and tension in my neck and shoulders was relieved!
The chair massage was good and convenient. Issues were that they didn't speak much English, and I felt intimidated when paying. I did take a while to get my cash out and calculate the tip. As I was thinking, the masseuse said something kinda angrily, and his coworker came and stood between me and the entryway. I think they thought I was going to leave without paying. So yea the experience was ok but not a very relaxing way to end your massage lmao
