Everyone is very friendly and the place is clean. The massages are nice and firm.
We were a party of three and called ahead to reserve one double room and one single room. However, when we arrived at the scheduled time, we were informed that the rooms were not ready and were asked to wait in the lobby. After some time, we checked back with the receptionist and were told that the single room was available, while the double room still needed to be cleaned. Massage therapists don't even speak English. They were very bad.
The massage therapists did not speak any English, which made communication extremely difficult and unprofessional. The overall operation felt disorganized and questionable. I repeatedly asked for hot water during the massage, but it was never provided. They also collected my insurance information and told me they do not offer direct billing, insisting I pay out of pocket and that a receipt would be emailed later so I could submit the claim myself.
